HiDpi Qt app does not behave same as native app

    Description

      When Windows Scaling is 150% Qt application rendering is way different than native application. when Qt::AA_EnableHighDpiScaling Or "QT_SCALE_FACTOR
      Attached example and more description.

      Difference can be seen when Qt application starts after changing windows scale factor
