ImageIO: Sort out webp usage in QuickControls2

    Description

      The Imagine style has a couple of animated image usages (in BusyIndicator and ProgressBar). They are currently implemented using webp format image files. That creates an unwanted functional dependency from the Essential QuickControls module to the Add-on QtImageFormats module.
      Consider using gif instead?
