Benchmark test case "tst_qwidget"(../tests/benchmarks/..) can't run on devices,it exit with panic "KERN-EXEC 3"

Reproduced steps: On all devices,run "tst_qwidget" application, the application exit with panic:"KERN-EXEC 3".
