[REG] Buggy Popup open animation in Material Design

      Hi all,

      The controls 2 popup animation now has wrong (and very annoying) open animation with the anchors set to Overlay:

       anchors.centerIn: Overlay.overlay

      This only happens in 5.15  Material Design (5.14.2 is fine) see video and example project.
