Running QtQuick Animator with QPA/WebGL backend and crashing when reloading the browser.

      The QQmlAnimationTimer instance stored in QThreadStorage via QGlobalStatic is lost because it was reloaded, but since the QQmlAnimationTimer pointer held by QAbstractAnimationJob is not null, the instance is not regenerated.
