ListView do not stop moving

Case:

1) Open Application (ContinuesScroll)

2) Move/Scroll the listView tiles from Right to Left (try few times)

Expected behavior:

The movement should stop.

Issue:

The movement do not stop, but continuous

or even accelerates (in our original project).
