Arch Linux with latest qt5-base package (5.15.0-4). The issue did not appear with qt5-base version 5.14.

Description

When setting setFocusPolicy(Qt::NoFocus) for a QComboBox, the combo does not react on mouse clicks.
Also see https://github.com/otfried/ipe-issues/issues/341, where the issue appeared for me.
