SoundEffect and QSoundEffect won't play the first time after a break

      SoundEffect and QSoundEffect won't play the first time after a break. 

      Steps to reproduce:

      Run the attached example.

      • Click the button a few times.
      • Wait for about 10 seconds.
      • Click the button again a few times.
        => The first clicksound after the 10 second break always doesn't play.
