QtWebEngine on macOS - Couldn't mmap icu data file

    Description

      on macOS 5.15.5 using the last Qt Framework 5.15.0 trying to load some HTML in the WebEngine don't show anything and I receive the following printout in the Application output:

      [0714/144059.461603:ERROR:icu_util.cc(199)] Couldn't mmap icu data file
      [0714/144059.461603:ERROR:icu_util.cc(199)] Couldn't mmap icu data file
      [0714/144059.871764:ERROR:icu_util.cc(199)] Couldn't mmap icu data file
      [0714/144059.872583:ERROR:icu_util.cc(199)] Couldn't mmap icu data file

      it doesn't happen on the other platforms macOS only.
