Move binary JSON feature to Qt5Compat module.

    Description

      Support for binary JSON is deprecated in favour of using CBOR these days.
      However, when I put up a review for its removal the discussion concluded that we should move it to Qt5Compat instead.
      (Feel free to take over that review as part of resolving this.)
