      Description

Research on how top split Windows on ARM (WoA) work in to stages. It will take some time for volumes to ramp up and developers picking WoA as host platform. If this becomes a major transition in Win world we need to be on board early.

We could start with Documentation and some simple manual testing, later then transit to a full blown CI + RTA. Also, we need to consider how to package this as a service and what could be subcontracted.

Outcome of this Spike should be new User Stories and Tasks under mother Epic QTBUG-85820
