Cmd+V leads to crash in Native File Dialog

    Description

      On Catalina only if one tries to paste on tag or search field it crashes.
      Attached esxample can be used to see it with following steps:

      • click the second [ Select ] to open QDialog
      • in QDialog, keep the File Name field focus, click [ Select ] to open native
        save file dialog
      • in native save file dialog, Save As has focus, press CMD+V paste to Save As
        field (it works)
      • click either Tags or Search field, press CMD+V, It crashes
