QTextDocument::setHtml slow on certain input

      1. Build the attached project.
      2. Pass the attached HTML file to the resulting program: 
        ./report input.html

        It will take more than a minute to run through the file whereas Firefox opens it instantly.

      Google's oss-fuzz found this as issue 21810.
