QML Singleton crash with duplicate id

      There is an inconsistency in the way QML duplicate Ids are handled:
      In a normal QML component, there is a run-time error and a graceful exit telling you where and what went wrong.
      In a SingletonQML component, there is a crash and no information about where or what went wrong.
