Handle scanning of used qml plugins for static Qt builds using qt_import_qml_plugins

    Description

      As done for qmake in https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-82873
      the qmlimportscanner tool receives additional qrc files paths to look for qml files inside to scan, and thus import any additional required qml plugins.

      This is currently missing for the CMake integration of qmlimportscanner. Figure out how we can do that.
