Drop Xinerama support

      It is an obosolete tech. that was replaced by Xrandr. There are several unanswered questions regarding Xinerama in QTBUG-40429. Also that code path is not maintained and contains bugs such as described in https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/243653/1//COMMIT_MSG (can be tested when running Qt application with QT_XCB_NO_XRANDR=1).
