REG: Wayland Compositor broken with cmake build

Something has happened which causes the pure-qml to fail with the error message "WaylandCursorItem is not a type". It is currently uncertain if the issue is in the cmake build system or if there is a mistake in Qt Wayland, but we are 79% sure this used to work since there are changes in the history specifically for making these resources available in cmake builds.

Note that the error does not happen with a qmake build.
