Ubuntu 20.04 has InsignificantTests configurations in the CI

    Description

      As Ubuntu 20.04 replaced Ubuntu 18.04, it came with a price: some autotests are failing now.

      The configurations has been marked insignificant, which means that it's going to green flag also every build failure happening in those insignificant configurations.
