QSharedMemory memory cannot be shared with other accounts

    Description

      I want create memory and shared it to other users, but other users can not read. I run a command ipcs, then I found that my memory perms signed 600. I'm sure that problems locate here: qsharedmemory_systemv.cpp line 158, it call shmget method used 0600 flag.
