WebView.httpUserAgent is not initialized on iOS

      The WebView.httpUserAgent property is not initialized with the user agent string on iOS but it is simply empty.

      This is a problem because the typical use case is to append something to the user agent string and not replace it completely so the initial value is needed.

      On macOS, the property is initialized correctly:
