Missing dll error when launching QtCreator with embedded toolchain installed

    Description

      Install any toolchain for an embedded target from "Boot2Qt 5.15.1 snapshot" release on Windows system & launch QtCreator (if launched automatically after installation, exit creator and launch again).

      As a result, the following error note popup appears:

      arm-poky-linux-gnueabi-gdb.exe - System Error:
The code execution cannot proceed because libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
