[REG] A QSpinBox with focusPolicy No:Focus will still draw a cursor if you click and select something in the spinbox

If a QSpinBox or QDoubleSpinBox has a focus policy of Qt::NoFocus and something is selected in the editLine of the spinbox, then the selection cannot be removed completely anymore. If the focus is set to a different widget, the spinbox still has at least a vertical bar drawn inside the editLine.

This is a regression from 4.6.0.
