QMenu on QToolbar opens only on the primary display

    Description

      When putting a QMenu on a QToolbar in QMainWindow and having the window open on a secondary display, activating the menu displays it on the edge of the primary display instead of under the button where it should be.
      Very easy to reproduce:
      1. Start Qt Main Window Example.
      2. Drag the Window to a secondary display.
      3. Click on a Qt menu on the toolbar.

      The issue does not exist with Qt 5.13.1
