      The MinGW version seems to be a bit unclear.

      At least these two pages claim that Windows compiler MinGW is using version 7.3

      On the other hand this Qt wiki page claims that MinGW version is 8.1

      And the Coin logs show that actual version is 8.1. The CI team confirmed this.

      Knowing the exact versions is essential for the functional safety projects documentation.
