Windows: add remaining native style patches for Windows

    Description

      The native style for Windows has some patches pending. This, including the following tasks, needs to be done before the release:

      • Enable the windows style from QQuickStylePrivate::builtInStyles().
      • Uncomment Windows code in QQuickStyleSpec::resolve().
