Qt Shader Tools a full module in Qt 6 (GPL3, add-on in theory, essential in practice).

While all C++ APIs in it are private currently, the qsb command line tool and its CMake integration is not. These need their own manual. So we need to revise the qtshadertools documentation, that make sure it is linked up from the main Qt docs (from All Modules page etc.).
