[Reg 5.13.1->5.14.0]ColorOverlay not working well when image has empty source

      Coloroverlay is filling the image rectangle with black color when image source is set to null string with 5.14.0 and future release.
      Whereas with 5.13.0, it was transparent. Please refer to the attached sample and the image rectangle is filled with black color when source is set to ""
