I was looking for a component labeled "Qt Creator" did not see one so I choose "other"

In Qt Creator the mouse scroll wheel does not seem to work without much delay.
On this site and outside of Qt Creator the mouse response is correct.
If I use the mouse to grab the scroll bar button, the scrolling works correctly.

This happens in the Text Editor, the Design tool and the Application Output.
(those are the elements I use most, so I can not say what other tools might be effected.)

I would send a snapshot but there is nothing to see.
