QT6_HOST_INFO_BINDIR in returning an empty string

    Description

      The CMake variable QT6_HOST_INFO_BINDIR is returning an empty string, ideally, it should return "bin" in the default case. This was causing android "make apk" to fail because the path to androiddeployqt is wrong which was used in src/corelib/Qt6AndroidMacros.cmake.
