When a service is set to be started at boot time it is not being started after a reboot of the device

    Description

      When a service is set to be started at boot time it is not being started after a reboot of the device. This happens with the servicebroadcast example, even with the extra modifications it is missing to make it start at boot time. Once the application closes it seems to destroy the service, but it also does not start up at boot time either.
