Setting flushMode to anything other than Empty has no effect

      Setting flushMode to anything other than Empty has no effect. This is due to the fact that QVideoFrame::image() is unable to return a valid image as map() returns 0 so there is no image for it to show. If this is due to a platform limitation then it should be documented as such
