Port tests/auto/corelib/plugin/qpluginloader/machtest projects to CMake

    Description

      tst_qpluginloader builds and tests a bunch of mach-o plugins using custom qmake rules when doing a developer-build.
      These need to be ported to CMake.
      Until then, the loadMachO test case shall be blacklisted for CMake builds.
