Documentation should mention that qt bluetooth and audio requires QGuiApplication

      Using Qt Multimedia Audio or Qt Bluetooth requires QGuiApplication it, doesn't work with QCoreApplication.

      On OsX workaround is to use QT_EVENT_DISPATCHER_CORE_FOUNDATION=1
      QTBUG-86720, QTBUG-16842 and QTBUG-54963 is related.
