QCborMap and QCborArray in need of semantic tagging ability

QCborMap and QCborArray lack the ability to give it a semantic tag.  To work around this problem, for now, you have to convert it to a QCborValue first.  Then you can tag it.  Though I have not tested this, I would suspect that converting a QCborValue back to a QCborMap or QCborArray would lose the tag information.
