B2Qt61: NXP iMX8 all devkits (ARM-v8A-64bit) with Yocto 3.2 (gcc 10.1)

Boot to Qt (B2Qt) image and QBSP (Qt Board Support Package) for NXP devkits.

What
As a PM I want B2Qt image and QBSP for NXP devkits (see more info) with Yocto 3.2 Gatesgarth and gcc 10.1.

Why
iMX8 and it's variants are the new imX6 of embedded, it will be seen on all verticals on high and low end MPU hardware. NXP is the vendor for all iMX8 SoC based board vendors, thus supporting the originator dev kits is neutral and fair for all parties in the ecosystem.

When
Qt 6.1 5/2021 (or schedule adjusted to 6.1 schedules)

Definition of Done
Qt6 Boot to Qt image and QBSP ready for three NXP devkits listed in more info.

• Image smoke tested (mandatory)
• QBSP's smoke tested (mandatory)
• Deliverable via

Devkits in following priority order:

• 1. iMX8 Nano (New in Qt 6.1)
• 2. iMX8 QuadXPlus (Qt 6.0 QTBUG-85857)
• 3. iMX8 Mini (Qt 6.0 QTBUG-85856)
