Separate debug info is not created for Qt plugins, qml plugins, bundled libs

      We call qt_enable_separate_debug_info for Qt modules and tools, but not for plugins, qml plugins, or 3rd party bundled libs.

      Thus we don't package their debug info.
      We also probably don't package qml plugin debug info.

      We should fix that.
