QPrinter returns an empty page rectangle

Apparently, QPrinter returns an empty page rectangle when I change the page size in the printer preferences and then select print in Qt Creator.

The empty page rectangle caused indefinite spooling of pages on Qt Creator (up to version 4.13.2). For details see QTCREATORBUG-24110.

The root cause of the QTCREATORBUG-24110 was not fixed, just a workaround to avoid crashing was added (nothing is printed). Apparently the root cause is returning an empty page rectangle by a QPrinter instance.

As Qt Creator 5.13.2 is based on Qt 5.15.1, the bug is present in Qt 5.15.1.
