Description
There are a lot of issues reproduced with attached example:
- sometimes only a few videos are playing
- sometimes all videos blink
- sometimes app hangs or crashes
usually it's accompanied by warnings:

and process allocates more than 1Gb memory on start.
I've checked on Win10 both with native OpenGL and ANGLE.
With ANGLE there are additional warnings:
