      Patches have been contributed to Chromium to support ppc64el (PowerPC / OpenPOWER) architecture, for example, the fully open Talos II and Blackbird workstations.

       

      It looks like mkspecs/features/functions.prf is doing a check for the architecture and it does not allow ppc64el
