Calling open() multiple times breaks Menu when using Material style

    Description

      Steps to reproduce (it can take multiple tries to break it):

      1. Click ToolButton quickly multiple times
      2. Menu opens
      3. Menu closes when clicking anywhere but now pops open again for each click
