Tool bar menu on Mac

When adding a menu to a toolbar (like in the Qt demo "Main Window", right most item in the toolbar) there is a small triangular arrow that appears to the right side of the button. Under the Mac, this arrow is big and "ugly". It clearly deviates from the Mac style. It needs a better grafical rendering.
