Handling of Chakma in QDateTimeParser

    Description

      QDateTimeParser cannot handle input data in languages using surrogate pairs for digits (i.e. two UTF-16 code-units for one number character, a.k.a. code-point). Goal of this item is to fix this and add unit tests.
