QQmlJavaScriptExpression: Do not keep inactive QPropertyObserver

    Description

      If what gets evaluated changes, we should remove inactive property observers in QQmlPropertyCapture::captureProperty, similarly to the distinction between activeGuards and guards.
      This avoids needless reevaluation.
