Doc install doesn't honor DESTDIR

    Description

      Running cmake && make docs && DESTDIR=foo make install_docs_docs tries to install to the root filesystem instead of insalling inside foo

      Error copying directory from "/build/qt6-doc/src/build/share/doc/qt6/qtcmake" to "/usr/share/doc/qt6/qtcmake".
