extraToken not set in code/token exchange function

The following code should not be in "QOAuth2AuthorizationCodeFlowPrivate::_q_handleCallback" as the query params received during callback are not tokens. It should instead be moved here as tokens are received here. This is needed to be able to access "id_token" that is sent during token grant as the "id_token" is sent along with "access_token".
