    Description

      We have our own function called _qt_internal_generate_win32_rc_file that allows generation of rc files.

      But during the CMake Public API review at https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-86827, there was a desire not to make it public, and instead add something similar to upstream CMake.

      The reasons was that it has nothing Qt specific about it, and thus should better be provided by upstream.
