Emojis not showing on macOS Big Sur in QtWebEngine

      On macOS Big Sur (I'm using beta 10), build the WebEngine Widgets Simple Browser Example with Qt 5.12.9. Load a page containing emojis, for example:

      https://github.com/rstudio/rstudio/issues/7897

      This page contains several emojis (load it in a full web browser to see), but on Qt 5.12.9 they do not display. This problem does not happen in 5.15.1.
