Enable -Wzero-as-null-pointer-constant when building Qt

    Description

      qttools, qtdeclarative and qt3d had recently build failures due to 0 used as nullptr; nobody noticed until a few signatures changed.

      The warning in question should be enabled (as error) when building all of Qt, not just during headersclean.
