Currently QBSP is tightly linked with Yocto based Embedded Linux. We need same/similar delivery model for other target OS also in this order of priority;

1. MCU program needs (e.g. UL-2654)
2. Embedded Android
3. Android Automotive OS
4. webOS, Torizon, ST OpenLinux and other prodctized derivatives of Yocto based eLinux

There may be feature differences (what actually is in the package) but the main use case, single file distribution for bringing in a support for a OS+HW for a developer using Qt Creator, should be supported.
