Qt5.15.1 with QtCreator 4.12.4 can't input chinese on centos8.2,and the built project has exist the same problem too.

      On CentOS8.2,I install Qt5.15.1 with QtCreator 4.12.4, I found I can't input chinese on QtCreator，and the built program has exist the same problem too.
